The excitement never ends at Josephine's Day Spa and Salon! This past month communities nationwide took part in supporting Breast Cancer Awareness. Josephine's has taken a personal interest in the benefit of breast cancer research. As a result we have celebrated our 1st annual Pretty in Pink Gala benefiting the Cancer Research Foundation, which was held at the Josephine's Eldridge location on the evening of October 24, 2009. With the support of so many caring individuals (you know who you are) and many surrounding businesses, Josephine's was able to raise more than fifteen hundred dollars with all proceeds going to the Breast Cancer Research Foundation! Our popular Aveda hand relief was, a large help in earning the funds that were donated to the Cancer Research Foundation, if you haven’t tried it, your hands have really missed a treat. Josephine's will continue to be an avid supporter of many worthwhile organizations that help better the community and will continue to broaden our support in lending a helping hand.

Josephine's Day Spa exclusively carries Aveda products, and we really stand behind our products as well. Below is the mission of Aveda, which should explain further why we are an Aveda Salon.
